Otani Steakhouse & Sushi Bar (aka Otani Hudson) opened in 2006. It was a chance opportunity and I seized it. After some restaurant modifications and putting in a sushi bar, we opened a mere 3 months after signing the lease.

UPDATE: We have moved to a new larger location. In the same plaza as before, just the end-cap spot! We opened the new store on December 31, 2011.
